As part of our GMP facility operations, we utilize multiple applications to manage quality systems and documentation. To ensure end users can effectively navigate and manage tasks within these systems, training has traditionally been delivered by members of the Quality team.

Previously, these sessions relied on virtual slide presentations, which were largely passive and required significant time from both trainers and participants—time that was often in short supply.

To improve engagement and efficiency, I transformed the existing presentations into interactive eLearning modules. This redesign included chunking content into digestible segments, organizing topics in a logical sequence, and incorporating interactive elements to reinforce learning.

As a result, the Quality team is no longer required to lead these sessions, allowing them to focus on strategic business objectives. The new format also provides users with a more flexible and engaging learning experience.
